This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a long term project environment where ER capability, strong partnering and commercial judgement really matter.
Working closely with senior leaders and reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a hands on role supporting frontline teams, embedding core people processes into this business and managing ER matters end‑to‑end.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with leaders on day‑to‑day people and workforce matters
- Managing low to high‑risk ER cases (conduct, performance, grievances)
- Coaching leaders through complex and sensitive conversations
- Supporting organisational change and workforce decisions
- Using people data to improve engagement, retention and performance
- Building strong on‑site relationships across the project
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an HRBP / People Partner with complex business models
- Proven ER case management capability
- Confident influencing leaders in a fast‑paced environment
- Practical, commercial and solution‑focused approach
- Project, construction or operational experience highly regarded
