Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role This is a hands-on HR Advisor role where you’ll support day-to-day people operations while gaining exposure to a range of HR initiatives. Working closely with a small, collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in supporting managers, contributing to employee lifecycle activities, and being involved in upcoming projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone ready to step up and grow their advisory capability in a dynamic environment.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and policy updates
  • Assist with employment relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Support managers through HR queries via a ticketing system
  • Contribute to the delivery of team communications, including town halls
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
  • Partner with the wider team to deliver a consistent people experience
  • Support and contribute to HR projects, including reward & recognition and L&D initiatives
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems and process improvements

  • Experience in a generalist HR role or ready to step up from a coordinator position
  • Exposure to employment relations, including supporting performance or disciplinary processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied tasks
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach
