The opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as part of a high‑performing Senior Leadership Team, you will lead both the strategic and operational HR function across the full employee lifecycle. You will take ownership of building a high‑performing, values‑driven culture that supports business objectives through effective and contemporary people practices.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing HR team
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor across workforce planning, ER/IR, compliance, and change
- Drive people and culture initiatives aligned to business strategy
- Build leadership capability through targeted coaching and development programs
- Deliver succession planning and internal talent development outcomes
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring legislative, award, and compliance accuracy
- Travel to sites to strengthen relationships with line leaders and uplift
