About the role
The Payroll Specialist position is pivotal in bringing the payroll function back in-house. This role offers an opportunity to enhance payroll processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organisation
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment laws
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration
- Strong capability in using payroll software and systems
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
