About the role
As a Payroll Specialist & Accounts Processing professional, you will manage the payroll for approximately 200 employees while ensuring accurate financial processing. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance office and remote work effectively. You will utilise D365 to streamline payroll and accounting processes, contributing to the organisation's operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing for a diverse workforce
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies
- Manage accounts processing and reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related queries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in payroll management and accounts processing
- Strong capability in using D365 or similar payroll systems
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
