About the role
As a Payroll Officer, you will support the Payroll Services function by managing payroll inquiries, data entry, and stakeholder communications. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with complex payroll processes while contributing to the efficiency of a critical service provider. You will gain exposure to both SAP Payroll and PayGlobal systems, enhancing your skills in a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Triage payroll cases and inquiries
- Conduct payroll data entry and maintenance
- Provide payroll helpdesk support
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Assist in payroll processing in a support capacity
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in payroll administration or a related field
- Strong capability in customer service and communication
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Experience with government or public sector payroll processes is advantageous
