About the role
The Payroll Officer will play a vital role in managing payroll functions for approximately 3,000 employees. This position offers significant ownership over payroll processing, including timesheet management and addressing employee inquiries. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a structured environment, contributing to the efficiency of payroll operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for 3,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage timesheet submissions and resolve related inquiries
- Facilitate onboarding for new starters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll-related questions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in payroll processing and timesheet management
- Strong capability in using payroll systems, preferably ADP Payforce
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
