Partnership & Client Growth Manager

Our client is a growing digital advertising and marketing agency delivering data driven advertising campaigns and strategic marketing solutions. They are seeking a commercially minded Partnership & Client Growth Manager to retain and grow existing clients while developing new business and partnerships.
The role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
- Negotiate advertising budgets and contribute to revenue growth and targets
- Build a new business pipeline through networking, referrals, events, workshops and proactive outreach
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and qualify prospects based on fit, timing and budget
- Work with production, analytics and marketing teams to deliver and optimise campaigns
- Monitor performance, identify issues and proactively investigate and resolve client concerns
- Deliver client reporting, workshops and presentations, communicating marketing results clearly
- Support client onboarding, offboarding and win back opportunities
About you
You will have experience in client management, account management, partnerships, business development or a similar commercial role, with a track record of retaining and growing accounts.
You will bring:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and data driven decision making
- The ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and revenue targets
- Excellent organisation, professionalism and follow through
- A proactive approach with the initiative to identify and resolve issues independently
- Experience working across marketing, production, analytics or similar teams
What's in it for You
Salary of $80,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation and commission. Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day WFH each week. Build and grow a portfolio of clients while developing new partnerships and revenue opportunities.
