Paralegal / Legal Assistant

An established boutique family law firm in Perth is seeking a career Paralegal to join its collaborative and people-focused team.



This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced practitioner on complex and high-value family law matters, while being part of a firm that genuinely prioritises culture, connection and professional development.



The Opportunity


This role will see you providing hands-on support across a range of family law matters, with a strong focus on organisation, communication and attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities



  • Managing disclosure processes and compiling financial documentation

  • Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and external parties

  • Drafting legal documents including affidavits, applications and correspondence

  • Filing and serving court documents

  • Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including court bundles

  • Managing key dates, deadlines and matter coordination

  • Providing general administrative support across matters



About You



  • Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role

  • Family law experience is highly regarded

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach

  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
