An established boutique family law firm in Perth is seeking a Paralegal to join its collaborative and people-focused team. The Opportunity This role will see you providing hands-on support across a range of family law matters, with a strong focus on organisation, communication, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
Managing disclosure processes and compiling financial documentation
Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and external parties
Drafting legal documents including affidavits, applications, and correspondence
Filing and serving court documents
Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including court bundles
Managing key dates, deadlines, and matter coordination
General administrative support across matters
About You
Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role
Family law experience is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
