We are seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join a well-established legal practice on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide essential support during a busy period, with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent position.
The Role: In this position, you will provide paralegal support across a variety of property and commercial matters, including:
Assisting with real property and leasing transactions
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Managing files from matter inception through to completion
Liaising with clients, agents and external stakeholders
General paralegal and administrative support to senior lawyers
This is a full-time, office-based role, suited to someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and working closely with senior practitioners.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally within property or conveyancing in WA
