The opportunity
THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a full time Senior Paralegal to join their Melbourne Banking and Finance team. You will work closely with a highly regarded partner who acts primarily for non bank lenders within the real estate finance space, including acquisition, project and construction finance. Known for exceptional client service and strong team support, she is looking to add capable paralegals to her high performing team. You’ll be involved in:
- Preparing accurate legal documentation
- Managing loan settlements through electronic conveyancing platforms
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a similar position. Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience using PEXA
- Background in real estate finance and loan settlements
- A strong client service focus
- Confidence managing volume work and competing priorities with excellent attention to detail
- Clear career pathways within a merit based environment
