We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer services - Outbound Caller to join a busy team based in Rosedale, North shore. This is a temporary role with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
You’ll be working from a warm list, ringing clients and arranging appointments with local clinics. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Parking is available onsite and on the street.

Mōu | About you
You’ll have excellent communication skills, patience when speaking with clients, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Being punctual, reliable, and confident with computer systems is essential.
