Coordinator - Operations, Workforce & Staffing Support
I’m recruiting a skilled coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a large, busy workforce program. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced, multi-site environment, is confident managing complex information, and enjoys working with a broad mix of stakeholders.
In this role, you will
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, compliance checks and ongoing workforce administration
  • Prepare and maintain rosters, timesheets and sick leave updates with accuracy and consistency
  • Work closely with operational leaders to ensure safe staffing levels and well‑planned workforce coverage
  • Support yearly workforce planning activities including rotation schedules, orientation programs and training logistics
  • Provide clear advice on processes, policies and employment requirements.
About you
You’re organised, proactive and confident communicating with staff at all levels. You bring strong administration and coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed when priorities shift. Experience in HR, workforce coordination, rostering or compliance is an advantage, but transferable skills are genuinely welcomed.
Why this role matters
You’ll play a key role in ensuring teams are supported, well‑coordinated and able to deliver essential services every day. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and contributing to a positive, high performing team culture.
If this sounds like your next step, I’d love to receive your application.
