About the Role
Our client is a well-established provider of fire safety services, supporting commercial, infrastructure, and government clients. This business delivers and maintains fire safety systems that assist in ensuring compliance with Australian Standards. We’re seeking a driven Service Manager to lead a team of technicians delivering critical fire and essential services across key contracts. This role combines operations, people leadership, and customer management, with a strong focus on safety, service delivery, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support field technicians across service and maintenance
- Deliver KPIs, service schedules, and compliance.
- Build strong client relationships and manage escalations
- Drive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify growth opportunities and support revenue targets
- Manage team performance, training, and workforce planning
About You
- Experience as a Service Manager / Supervisor / Operations Leader
- Background in fire, electrical, HVAC, or technical services
- Strong leadership and customer management skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Commercial mindset with a focus on performance
