Key responsibilities
  • Order and manage stationery, catering, and IT equipment
  • Ensure smooth office operations
  • Address ad hoc queries and complete various administrative tasks
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong capability in multitasking and prioritising tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise Microsoft Suite effectively
