THE ROLE As Office Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the firm running smoothly. This is a hands on, varied position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and preparing meeting rooms
Archiving and managing files
Maintaining kitchen and common areas
Processing reconciliations
Providing reception relief
Printing, filing and general administrative support
