Our client, Samsung Ads, is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Office & Business Support Manager to join their team! This role provides operational and administrative support across executive, office and business functions, with a strong focus on expense management, office coordination and internal events. The role ensures efficient day to day operations and supports leadership with essential administrative activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, travel planning, and expense management as required
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the office, ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained workplace
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers to resolve issues and maintain service standards
  • Manage office supplies, workplace requirements, and quarterly procurement needs
  • Support planning, logistics, and execution of office relocation activities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timelines, setup requirements, and dependencies are met.
About You
  • 3–5 years’ experience providing high‑level support to an Executive or senior leader within a corporate environment
  • Proven experience managing the day‑to‑day operations of an Executive office, ensuring priorities, workflows, and information are effectively coordinated
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally at all levels of the business.
