About the role
The National Customer Service Manager will lead the development and expansion of a customer service team, initially based in Victoria and set to decentralise across other states. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer service strategy and ensure high-quality service delivery in a transport focused environment.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to streamline processes
  • Analyse customer feedback and operational metrics to drive improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role within the transport industry
  • Strong capability in team management and development, with a focus on performance
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and implement process improvements
