About the Opportunities
You will be the welcoming face of busy medical practices, providing high-quality patient support and smooth front-desk operations. Assignments offer full-time hours, with some roles requiring weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and managing front-desk enquiries
- Coordinating appointments and supporting daily schedules
- Processing Medicare claims, EFTPOS and private billing
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring reception and waiting areas are clean, organised and patient-focused
- Liaising with doctors, nurses, specialists and allied health teams
Systems Experience (Highly Regarded)
Candidates with experience in general medical practice systems are encouraged to apply, including:

About You
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist or within healthcare administration

- Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working across different practices
- Available immediately for full-time temporary or contract opportunities
