The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well established organisation to appoint an experienced Marketing Project Specialist on a temporary basis. This role is highly hands on and delivery focused, responsible for driving two major brand communication and rollout initiatives across multiple brands.
This is a 0.6 FTE engagement (3 days per week) for an approximate 3 month duration, with an immediate start.
This is not a strategy only role. You will be on the tools, owning projects from planning through to execution, rollout and handover. Proven experience delivering brand refreshes, rebrands or large scale marketing rollouts is essential.
The Role
Reporting into a senior marketing leader, you will take ownership of end to end delivery across brand communication and certification rollouts. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand and ready for go live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end rollout of refreshed brand assets across all customer and trade touchpoints (print, digital, website, sales tools, packaging, EDMs, signage and presentations)
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to support brand and certification launches
- Brief, manage and coordinate external creative agencies, designers and copywriters
- Build and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies and budget tracking
- Act as the central point of contact across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Ecommerce and Customer Service to ensure rollout readiness
- Oversee content, copy and creative execution to ensure brand consistency and accuracy at go live
- Coordinate updates to websites and digital platforms in line with new branding and messaging
- Deliver internal communications, FAQs and sales enablement materials to support rollout adoption
- Maintain organised documentation and provide a clean handover at the end of the contract
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing, brand or marketing project role
- Demonstrated hands on rollout experience across brand refreshes, rebrands or major marketing initiatives
- Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Confident briefing and managing agencies to deliver against tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for brand detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and driving outcomes with minimal supervision
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Available to start at short notice
