We’re recruiting for a leading international manufacturer seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, freight, and spare parts operations within their Australian head office. If you enjoy fast-paced work, problem-solving, and keeping goods moving smoothly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Manage logistics for spare parts, including receipting and dispatch
Prepare shipping and customs documentation
Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records for inventory, freight, and logistics activities
Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in logistics coordination
Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with SAP or Oracle (desirable, not essential)
