Litigation Legal Assistant

Responsibilities
- Draft, format and collate legal documents including commercial contracts, deeds and agreements
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda and client communications
- Manage client and internal communications via phone and email
- Undertake timesheet entry and assist with billing and client account preparation
- Coordinate diary and file management including scheduling and travel arrangements
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document management processes
- Oversee file maintenance, archiving and records management
- Provide general administrative and team support as required
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a litigation or disputes environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
- Experience with timesheets and client billing processes
- A team focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality support
- Experience with iManage and Aderant Expert will be highly regarded
