Legal Assistant
Join a highly regarded law firm in Sydney CBD as a Legal Assistant supporting a collaborative and high performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with lawyers, managing priorities and contributing to a positive and professional environment.
The role will involve
- Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- File management including opening, maintaining and archiving matters
- Preparing court documents including affidavits and briefs
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Billing, time entry and general administrative support
About you
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
- Employment Law experience is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in preparation, review and processing of client billing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and team focused approach
