Corporate Legal Secretary – Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Sydney CBD | $85,000 - $95,000 Package An established CBD law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Corporate Legal Secretary to join their fast‑paced and collaborative team. This temporary‑to‑permanent role is perfect for someone with prior legal support experience who is eager to grow, develop their skills, and become a valued long‑term member of a progressive practice.
About the Role: Supporting a busy corporate team of Partners, Lawyers and Paralegals, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This is a diverse, hands‑on position with no billing, dictation or transcription. Instead, your strengths in organisation, accuracy and time management will shine. Key Responsibilities: -Preparing, formatting, collating and managing legal documents -Mail merges and document production support -Managing correspondence, file maintenance and workflow coordination -Assisting with electronic signing, document execution and tracking -Providing general administrative and overflow support across the practice -Working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while juggling competing priorities
Experience & Skills: -Prior experience in a legal support role -Prior Corporate law experience preferred -Strong organisational skills and a proactive, positive attitude -Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail -Comfortable supporting multiple fee‑earners at pace -Willingness to learn and adapt to firm systems and processes -Must have full working rights
