About the role
As a Legal Secretary in the Disputes Resolution team, you will play a vital role in supporting legal professionals in managing case files and client communications. This position offers an opportunity to engage with challenging legal matters and contribute to high-stakes negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain legal documents and case files
- Assist in the preparation of court documents and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and documentation standards
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals in the team
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a legal secretarial role within a disputes resolution environment
- Strong capability in document management and legal research
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
