About the role
This part-time Legal Assistant position offers the opportunity to support an experienced Wills & Estates practitioner. You will play a vital role in managing client files, drafting documents, and ensuring the smooth progression of legal matters. The organisation values adaptability and respect for established processes, providing an environment for professional growth and learning.
Key responsibilities
- Take instructions and open client files
- Draft legal documents related to Wills & Estates
- Assist in managing ongoing matters and ensure timely progression
- Provide proactive support to the practitioner
- Maintain organisation of files and documentation
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in Wills & Estates law, ideally around 8 years
- Strong capability in managing legal documentation and client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to established processes and learn new systems
