About the Role Supporting the Real Estate team, your role will include:
Diary and email management
Drafting and formatting legal documents
File and matter management
Updating client information and maintaining accurate records
Travel coordination and booking arrangements
Event coordination (internal and client events)
Expense management
Billing and time recording
About You To be successful, you will have:
Experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, confident and resilient approach
The ability to work well in a team and manage competing priorities
