The role
As a Legal Assistant within the Finance & Restructuring team, you’ll provide high-level support to senior Partners and the wider legal team. You’ll be part of a cohesive support team, including other Legal and Administrative Assistants, working together to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Managing complex billing processes and client-specific administrative tasks
- End-to-end file management, from matter opening to finalisation
- Diary and appointment coordination for Partners and legal staff
- Preparing legal documents, presentations, and assisting with business development initiatives
- Proactively juggling competing priorities with a calm, organised approach
About you
You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of busy legal professionals.
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant supporting up to Partner level
- Strong billing and matter management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
