About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Corporate team in Brisbane CBD. Supporting multiple Partners and Authors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. This position would suit a career Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing fee earners' inboxes and correspondence
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy files throughout the matter lifecycle
  • Drafting, formatting and amending legal documentation and correspondence
  • Assisting with billing, timesheets and matter management processes
  • Liaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support across the wider Corporate team as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm environment, along with: Exceptional organisational and time management skills|||Strong written and verbal communication abilities|||High attention to detail and accuracy|||The ability to effectively manage competing priorities|||A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting a busy team|||Confidence working in a professional, client-focused environment
