Our client, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Lead to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory allocation and stakeholder coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, resolving allocation challenges, supporting customer service outcomes and driving continuous process improvements across supply chain operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order receipt through to delivery confirmation
- Monitor BPO order processing activities in SAP to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate stock allocation and manage backorders, shortages and delivery risks
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to support smooth fulfilment
- Act as an escalation point for complex order and customer issues
- Maintain SOPs, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
About You
- Experience in order management, customer operations or supply chain coordination with FMCGs
- Strong SAP and inventory allocation knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset with a customer-focused approach.
