About the role
In this role, you will provide essential support for various office administration and business functions. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the key point of contact for stakeholders across the firm, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operational tasks
  • Coordinate meeting room setups and office facilities support
  • Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Welcome visitors and assist with general front-of-house duties
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration for employees
  • Assist with learning and development bookings and coordination
  • Provide workplace health and safety administrative support
  • Manage deliveries and general office coordination tasks
  • Support ad hoc administrative projects as required
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in administration or customer service roles
  • Strong capability in communication, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organised
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards tasks
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
