THE FIRM
This leading national law firm advises some of Australia’s largest organisations and high net worth individuals. The firm operate at the top of their game across Australia and have an opening in their Melbourne CBD office.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining a high performing private clients team which advises an enviable client base. The role will involve hands on and practical experience across a full range of matters;
- General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting.
- Arranging meetings, and organising client lunches as required
- Opening and closing files, and running conflict searches.
- Preparing briefs to counsel
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a support role within a law firm;
This role is strictly not open to students or recent law graduates
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a legal support role.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
- Be able to work 5 days per week
