About the role
As a Junior Conveyancing Assistant, you will support the conveyancing team in managing property transactions. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes
- Maintain accurate records and manage timelines for transactions
- Support senior conveyancers in their daily tasks and client interactions
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a legal or property-related role, ideally within conveyancing
- Strong capability in managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
