About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on role working across desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment. You will be involved in building, testing, diagnosing, and repairing hardware, while also supporting the wider team with technical services.
The role offers strong variety, with exposure to a broad mix of technologies rather than repetitive, single-product work. You will also support logistics tasks such as coordinating shipments and preparing equipment, making up a smaller portion of the role.
Over time, there is clear scope to grow into more senior or client-facing positions, including opportunities to work on-site and take ownership of projects.

- Building, configuring, and preparing IT equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues
