IT Customer Support Team Representative

About our Client:
People2people are partnering with a leading IT consulting firm who play a key role in digitising safety and compliance to unlock productivity on the worksite. Our client has been delivering solutions which help manage people, plant and process for over 20 years.
Using the software applications (web and mobile) ensures Contractor and Plant management is handled across complex worksites to capture evidence of positive action taken by site teams, streamline process and deliver real time insights to operations and leadership teams.

About the role:
  • Location: Based onsite in St Mary's, partnering with a major SA construction project.
  • Hours: Permanent full-time, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm.
  • Flexibility: Hours can be negotiated, hybrid role.
Join the Customer Support Team to work on a showcase project for Adelaide. You will be working for a leading IT consultancy firm embedding with major SA construction project in their Training team to assist them to deliver project outcomes for their workforce and contractors.

Administration:
  • Supporting client with performing compliance reviews and management of worker compliance
  • Manage records and files efficiently in our CRM, ensuring easy access and smooth coordination within the team
  • Play a pivotal role in effective team communication by documenting minutes during meetings and ensuring their distribution
  • Support the Customer Support manager with ad-hoc tasks
  • Utilise your keen eye for detail to proofread and format implementation documents and client instructions
Client Coordination:
  • Working alongside Project Training team and the consultancy firms Client Support team to assist on solution set up
  • Supporting client with performing compliance reviews and management of worker compliance
  • Attend meetings and provide updates on system
  • Developing program materials – formatting, editing, printing, updating
  • Updating project plans and working towards solution deliverables
  • Support project administration including training, troubleshooting and
Digital Expertise:
  • Demonstrate your tech-savviness by quickly adapting to new systems and tools such as MS Teams, Hubspot and other online platforms we use in the business.
  • Tech support and training clients where needed
  • Ability to follow process and the critical path for digital solutions
  • Proven abilities in MS Office (eg. Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
About you:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, so this is critical
  • Team player – relationships are at the heart of how we work internally and with our clients
  • Be able to identify gaps in the workflow and utilise digital tools to enhance and streamline processes
  • Good initiative and ability to deal with ambiguity - asking the right questions, anticipating needs and being resourceful
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously
  • Flexible and comfortable with ongoing change and development of the role as it continues to evolve in the tech space
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and hit multiple deadlines
