Responsibilities
- Manage extensive diary coordination and email management for legal practitioners
- Coordinate monthly billing, expenses, and financial administration activities
- Assist with matter management including file opening, conflict checks, maintenance, and archiving
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and general administrative materials
- Support business development initiatives, marketing database management, and event coordination
- Provide administrative support across the wider team as required.

- Previous legal secretarial, Practice Assistant, or legal support experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with practice management systems
