As the interim Financial Controller of this, US Private Equity backed Tech business you will lead and mentor a large transactional team, whilst driving innovation and process improvement. The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Reporting the Group's results to Senior Finance Executives
- Providing business case and scenario analysis for business decision making
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Review high risk GL accounts and manage to reduce risk
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement
- Oversee and support transactional services team
- Leadership and management, developing individual performance objectives
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Oversee internal and external Audit and liaison
About You
The successful applicant will have/be,
- CA or CPA qualified with experience in a similar role within a large complex environment
- Well developed leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
- Proven Change Management experience
- Ability to drive and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Well developed stakeholder management and engagement
