About the Role:
Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Inbound & Inventory Controller to join their team! In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the management of all aspects of logistics operations across an array of Samsung Electronics Australia's divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PLs, ensuring timely arrival, accurate documentation and prompt system closure.
  • Support issue resolution across inbound operations, including customs clearance, document validation, shipment redirection and spare parts logistics.
  • Prepare reports, consolidate data and work with relevant teams to meet operational priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory daily, resolving system discrepancies with warehouses and cross functional teams.
  • Process inventory tractions in systems and support inventory checks, cycle counts and stock takes when required.
  • Support ad hoc projects such as rework, SKU reduction, abnormal stock clearance and warehouse related initiatives.
  • Assist with internal and external surveys or inquiries as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks related to inbound or inventory operations as assigned.
About You:
  • High-level understanding and competence within SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator.
