We're partnering with a well regarded national organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise across Learning & Development, Organisational Development and HR Business Partnering. Immediate start with handover provided with commitment until June 2027 and may extend.
Reporting to the Head of HR you'll lead a small team while driving learning, leadership and performance initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 HR professionals
- Design and implement learning and development programmes
- Drive leadership, capability and organisational development programs
- Provide HR generalist and employee relations support
- Coach leaders through complex people matters
- Support change, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
About You
- Strong HR Manager or Senior HR with strong L&D focus within recent roles
- Proven experience to design and deliver L&D programs
- Experience across organisational development and performance frameworks
- Strong employee relations and case management skills
- Confident influencing and partnering with senior leaders
- Experience within education, NFP or large complex organisations highly regarded
