The opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with a collaborative HR team, you will provide key operational and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, you’ll deliver timely HR advice and support across a broad range of people matters. This varied role will see you involved in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance and employee relations processes, while also contributing to broader HR projects and initiatives.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary HR qualifications, supported by proven experience in a generalist HR administration or coordination role
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes
- Solid capability in employment contract preparation and documentation
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and award interpretation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
