The role
Reporting to an experienced and highly regarded HR Manager, you will provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, WHS, return-to-work, and process improvement initiatives. As the business continues to grow, so too will this opportunity, offering valuable exposure across HR and the chance to develop your skills under the guidance of a supportive and experienced leader.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary HR qualification coupled with previous experience in HR, Admin, Training Coord or similar support role
- Proficiency with HRIS, databases, and business systems, with exposure to system implementations or process improvement initiatives highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an understanding of HR best practice / legislation and exposure to WHS administration viewed favourably
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Proven experience in maintaining employee data, compliance and record management
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
