About the Role
This is a true HR Coordinator role, offering a strong mix of HR administration and recruitment support. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly across onboarding, talent processes, and day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment, including interview coordination, inbox management, and candidate communications
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Assisting with HR reporting and data updates
- Supporting learning and development (L&D) coordination, bookings, and administration
- Contributing to internal HR communications and team initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HR coordination or HR administration, with exposure to recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with HR systems and handling employee data
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders
- A proactive individual who takes ownership and keeps things moving
