The opportunity
Working within a small but high performing HR team – this assignment will see you be the operational and administrative support for the employee lifecycle. Providing recruitment support, coordinating interviews / medicals, managing onboarding and assisting with updating employee details as required.
Selection criteria
  • Proven experience with an HR Admin / Coordinator role
  • Tertiary qualification – HR – completed or current
  • Strong understanding of awards and legislation
  • Admin experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Highly developed communication / interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate – MS Office Suite and SharePoint
