The role
This is a true HR Business Partner role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Partnering and supporting leaders across a dedicated portfolio. You'll provide trusted advice across ER, performance, investigations, workforce planning, change and leadership coaching. Suited to a commercially minded HR professional, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes and deliver practical people solutions in a multi-site environment.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or a related field with a people first mindset
- Strong demonstrated HR partnering experience across a diverse workforce
- Demonstrated employee relations experience, including performance, conduct and investigations
- Sounding understanding of Australian legislation, modern awards and HR best practice
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development
- Ability to analyse people trends and provide practical, commercially focused advice and solutions.
