The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a high-performing People & Culture team during a period of organisational change and growth. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including RTW case management, while partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical people solutions. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across recruitment, employee relations, return-to-work programs and people initiatives.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR Advisory role – supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Strong end-to-end Return-to-Work (RTW) management experience
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to produce and interpret HR reports
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
