About the Role
- Lead psychosocial hazard prevention, including issues relating to workload, mental health & bullying
- Drive WHS uplift across the organisation, guiding leaders on responses, prevention, and best‑practice safety
- Oversee WHS systems, incident management, ISO accreditation, and Employment Hero WHS functionality
- Travel between offices as needed (mileage claimable) and work with P&C, WHS Committee, and senior stakeholders.
About You
- Experience in Health & Safety, managing psychosocial risks and delivering preventative wellbeing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of incident management and advising leaders on how to respond
- Solid grounding in WHS frameworks, risk controls, and compliance
- Relevant WHS qualifications with the confidence to operate as the sole WHS specialist
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this permanent position.
