About the Role
- Lead psychosocial hazard prevention, including issues relating to workload, mental health and bullying
- Drive WHS uplift across the organisation, guiding leaders on responses, prevention and best-practice safety
- Oversee WHS systems, incident management, ISO accreditation and Employment Hero WHS functionality
- Travel between offices as needed, with mileage claimable, and work closely with People & Culture, the WHS Committee and senior stakeholders
About You
- Experience in Health & Safety, managing psychosocial risks and delivering preventative wellbeing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of incident management and advising leaders on how to respond
- Solid grounding in WHS frameworks, risk controls and compliance
- Relevant WHS qualifications with the confidence to operate as the sole WHS specialist
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status is required for this permanent position
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary up to $117,000 + super
- Salary packaging available, bringing the total package to approximately $140,000
- 35-hour work week
- Mileage reimbursement for inter-office travel
