This role is pivotal in ensuring the health and safety standards of the organisation are maintained and enhanced. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices
Investigate incidents and prepare reports
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with legislation

Proven experience in health and safety management
Strong capability in risk assessment and incident investigation
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation
