They are now hiring a brand new role into the business; Head of Chinese Sales and Marketing (UK and Europe).
Essential Criteria for the role:
Native or fluent Mandarin and professional-level English
Previous Sales and Marketing experience
Experience with Chinese marketing platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book, etc.)
Awareness or previous experience of the UK Educational sector
This is a full-time, remote role based in the United Kingdom, with occasional travel across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the company’s growth within the Chinese diaspora across the UK and Western Europe. You will be responsible for:
Strategic market development
Lead generation and marketing execution
Sales execution and pipeline management
Sales & Marketing Ownership
Own and manage sales and marketing activities targeting the Chinese diaspora across the UK and Europe
Manage your own sales targets and KPIs independently and as part of a wider regional team
Build, nurture, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage online and in-person marketing campaigns and events
Drive lead generation through expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and community events
Monitor and manage incoming leads across all channels and ensure effective lead nurturing
Community & Social Media Management
Manage Chinese social media platforms including WeChat, Little Red Book (RedNote), and other relevant platforms
Build and manage a regional WeChat community and engage members regularly
Create and localise content and manage the regional content calendar
Work with agencies supporting social media execution
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track leads, enrolments, and customer journeys across all channels
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights into customer behaviour and experience
Customer Experience
Build strong, professional relationships with prospective families and partners
Deliver a positive, high-quality first impression aligned with the company’s premium service standards

Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and student enrolments
Growing the company’s brand presence and reputation across the Chinese diaspora in the UK and Europe
Contributing to long-term regional growth strategy
Building multiple long-term strategic partnerships

A strong track record in sales and marketing
Excellent organisation, time management, and execution skills
Confidence presenting to families, educators, and senior stakeholders
Native or fluent Mandarin and professional-level English
Experience with Chinese marketing platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book, etc.)
Background in customer service, customer success, or client-facing roles
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and multiple platforms
Experience in education, college consulting, or parent-focused services (preferred)
