Engagement: Full time Monday to Friday commitment casual - immediate start with handover. Opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidates!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance and high reach) safely.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including pick-and-pack operations for medium and small orders.
- Handle spare parts inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching orders.
- Work independently while supporting customer care, field service technicians, and the dispatching team.
- Perform manual handling tasks (lifting small-scale machinery parts such as machines that cut wood, glass, and stone).
- Provide excellent customer service for part requests and order fulfillment.
- Use computer systems efficiently; tech-savvy required.
- Standard: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime: Based on installation schedules; realistic expectations.
- Forklift certification (counterbalance and high reach).
- Comfortable with manual handling of small to medium parts. (Able to lift upto 20KG)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Police check required.
- Have full work rights & no restrictions

- Computer literate
- Hold a valid forklift license
